Position: Farm Worker.
Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. on a continued basis. Must pass a drug screen. There will be exposure to extreme temperatures. Will be extensive pushing or pulling, with extensive sitting or walking. Frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements.
Job Description: Winter pruning of fruit trees, raking of brush, tree planting, and frost protection tasks. Thin blossoms and fruit from trees. Harvest peaches and apples at the correct ripeness and pack them into shipping boxes. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder with 35 lb. pack. Must pick 10-bushel bags (approximately 50 lbs. each) of fruit per hour for job retention. Perform orchard cleanup. One (1) month of experience pruning and harvesting tree fruit is required. Workers will be trained in Food Safety and must follow guidelines to retain employment. Applicants must agree to random post-hire drug testing. The employer will incur all expenses related to the drug test. The employer will provide no training and allow zero days for the worker to reach the production standards.
Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 35 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm. Work days, hours, and start/end times may vary depending on the season and weather. Work on a Sabbath day or holiday may be necessary during peak periods but is optional.
Anticipated Period of Employment: 2/15/2026 thru 11/1/2026.

Effective 1/1/25: Overtime must be paid after 48 hours/week, or 56 hours/week for up to 22 "peak weeks" for highly seasonal employers - (Include only for non-range positions).
