Pay and Schedule
Hours of Operation:Monday-Friday 6:30 AM-5:45 PM
Schedule:Full-Time 35-40 hours per week (June through mid-August 2026)
Shift:Schedules vary based on staffing needs
Starting Pay:$15.00/hour

What Youll Do
As a Summer Camp Counselor, youll support the teaching team in creating a positive, structured, and engaging experience for children.
In this role, you will:
- Help lead fun, age-appropriate activities and support learning and development
- Promote childrens social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth
- Supervise children to ensure a safe environment at all times
- Use positive guidance to encourage good behavior and problem-solving
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Help keep the classroom organized, clean, and ready for learning
- Support daily routines like snacks, hygiene, and transitions
- Assist your team in delivering a high-quality summer program

Requirements
What Youll Need
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have a high school diploma/GED (or be working toward one)
- Childcare experience is preferred ,not required - were happy to train the right person!
- Have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to being on time
- Feel confident interacting with children and communicating with parents
- Be willing to complete required training once hired (CPR/First Aid, etc.)
- Be able to stay active throughout your shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
