CBRE Project Coordinator / Construction Services Admin Associate in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
About the Role
As a CBRE Administrative Services Associate, you will provide supportfor business operations by conducting research, updating, and maintainingdatabases, preparing company forms, and maintaining confidential files. Thisjob is part of the Administrative Services job function for the construction ofa large scale construction project. They are responsible for providingadministrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams,job functions, and senior management.
What You’ll Do:
Act as an administrative liaison toothers within or outside the department and company.
Draft correspondence, compile andprepare data for administrative reports and presentations.
Schedule and maintain calendars,meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
Coordinate unique events andconferences.
Prepare materials for leadershipmeetings.
Answer calls, research and resolveproblems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Maintain department records.
Support provisioning for contractorpersonnel.
Support onboarding of ProjectManagement staff
Gather and analyze data to identifyand solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Mayrecommend new techniques.
Impact’s own team and other teamswhose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existingprocesses and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4years of job-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of arange of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job functionis required.
Ability to evaluate and communicateunusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Google OfficeSuite products. Examples include Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc. • Advancedorganizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability tocalculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Director position is $120,000 annually [or $57.69 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Director position is $130,000 annually [or $62.50 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
