? What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll keep production running safely and efficiently by operating, monitoring, and maintaining key manufacturing equipment.
Your day‑to‑day may include:
Setting up, starting, and operating machinery according to safety and quality standards
Loading raw materials and unloading finished product
Monitoring equipment performance and making basic adjustments
Performing routine cleaning and minor mechanical troubleshooting
Completing production logs and entering accurate data
Conducting visual inspections and quality checks
Reporting equipment issues or abnormalities immediately
Following all safety, GMP, and company policies

1+ year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods
Comfort working around moving machinery, heat, humidity, and active production lines
Reliable, safety‑focused mindset

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
