CRST The Transportation Solution is seeking an experienced Recruiting Partner – Driver Recruiting to support our professional driver hiring efforts. This role is designed for a recruiter who understands the driver market, values strong operational partnership, and wants the structure and support to focus on quality hiring.
How You’ll Work
Location : Cedar Rapids, IA. Onsite or Remote.
Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $48,635-$73,220 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
Incentive Eligibility : Performance-based bonus and commission structure

About the Role
As a Driver Recruiting Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional drivers while partnering closely with operations to meet fleet capacity needs.
You will focus on engaging drivers, qualifying candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process. Administrative processing and employment verifications are handled by a Recruiting Administrator, allowing you to prioritize recruiting activity and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Driver Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and secure qualified professional drivers
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain consistent driver pipelines through proactive outreach and marketing-supported leads
Operations Partnership: Align hiring activity with division needs and required start dates
External Relationship Development: Maintain relationships with CDL schools and other driver talent sources
Recruitment Strategy Execution: Support hiring strategies that respond to market conditions and volume needs
Performance Monitoring: Track recruiting metrics to improve speed to hire and candidate quality
What Great Looks Like
Previous driver recruiting experience required
Experience using Tenstreet strongly preferred
Strong organization and follow-through in a high-volume environment
Ability to balance urgency with quality standards
Professional communication skills with drivers and operations leaders
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience
Prior driver recruiting experience required
Tenstreet ATS experience highly preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
