Martin Brothers Distributing Warehouse Reach Truck Operator - Freezer in Cedar Falls, Iowa
For over 85 years, Martin Bros. Distributing has been proud to be the largest independent, family owned, full-line foodservice distributor serving customers throughout the upper Midwest. We are currently hiring for positions within our Cedar Falls Distribution Center.
The Freezer Reach Truck Operator supports daily warehouse operations by performing product put-away and let-down processes in the freezer area of the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality standards. This role is essential to inventory rotation, product integrity, and efficient warehouse flow. The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (end time may vary).
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
Put away, rotate, and let down inventory using FIFO procedures
Inspect inbound pallets for quality and accuracy
Spot-check inventory and report damages or discrepancies
Follow company policies, safety rules, and work collaboratively with team members
This position offers:
