Hearst Center for the Arts - Youth Instructor Staff
The Hearst Center for the Arts is hiring part-time Youth Instructors. Weekly hours vary based on programming, with greater hours during our summer season. Duties include instruction of youth programming, assisting education staff with lesson plans, representing the Hearst at community events, and other duties as assigned. A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends are preferred.
An interest or background in art, education, art history, or combination is also preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills, especially with youth, are required. Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment background and drug screen are required of the selected candidates.
