What you will do:

  • Knows, understands, incorporates, anddemonstratesthe Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.

  • Performsdaily operations of CT exams and procedures on scheduledshiftincluding emergency callbackas assigned. Operates CT equipment in a safe and knowledgeable manner. 

  • Provides care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent,adultand geriatric patients.

  • Communicates effectively and in a timely manner withpatients,otherstaff, radiologists,studentsand other management. Actively listens and positivelyacceptschange andis able todeal with stressful situations. 

  • Provides patient/family or caregiver education and counseling in recognition and solutionofphysical, emotional, and environmental health problems.

  • Utilizescorrectprocess for patient identification. Right patient, right exam, right time.

  • Participates as directed inQA activities,maintainscurrent relevant documentation. 

  • Works collaboratively with radiologists tomaintainquality in every aspect ofCTservices. 

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program(ARRT or NMTCB).

  • 2+yearsCT experience.CT credential (ARRTor NMTCB)required.

  • Maintains active registry status.

  • Maintains currentstate of employmentPermit to PracticeRadiology Technologist License

  • Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.

  • Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
