What you will do:
Knows, understands, incorporates, anddemonstratesthe Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.
Performsdaily operations of CT exams and procedures on scheduledshiftincluding emergency callbackas assigned. Operates CT equipment in a safe and knowledgeable manner.
Provides care to neonate, pediatric, adolescent,adultand geriatric patients.
Communicates effectively and in a timely manner withpatients,otherstaff, radiologists,studentsand other management. Actively listens and positivelyacceptschange andis able todeal with stressful situations.
Provides patient/family or caregiver education and counseling in recognition and solutionofphysical, emotional, and environmental health problems.
Utilizescorrectprocess for patient identification. Right patient, right exam, right time.
Participates as directed inQA activities,maintainscurrent relevant documentation.
Works collaboratively with radiologists tomaintainquality in every aspect ofCTservices.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program(ARRT or NMTCB).
2+yearsCT experience.CT credential (ARRTor NMTCB)required.
Maintains active registry status.
Maintains currentstate of employmentPermit to PracticeRadiology Technologist License
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
