Job Title: General Laborer
Job Summary
UCP Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support various job sites in the area. This position involves assisting skilled tradesmen, performing site cleanup, moving materials, and helping keep projects on schedule.
We are looking for individuals who show up ready to work, follow directions, and take pride in doing the job right.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials
Perform job site cleanup and debris removal
Move, stack, and organize materials
Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and equipment operators
Use basic hand tools safely and properly
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Complete tasks assigned by site supervisors
Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Construction experience preferred but not required
Work Environment
Commercial and residential construction sites
Fast-paced, physically demanding work
Exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor elements
