MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter!
Position Overview:
As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through strategic prospecting and client acquisition.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift
Remote Work: Available for applicants residing in the Philippines outside Cebu Province
Onsite Work: Required for applicants residing in Cebu City or nearby areas
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to current patients to discuss membership programs and schedule discovery calls.
Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and answer questions.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions.
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to coordinate scheduling and improve outreach.
Provide excellent service to ensure patients are well informed about program benefits.
Requirements:
At least college level
Must have at least 6 months of BPO sales account / sales appointment setting experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Internet speed has to be at least 100 mbps
Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 20,000 - 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Attendance bonus of 2,000
