MedSpecialized, Inc HR Business Partner in Cebu City, Philippines
Position Overview:
As a HR Specialist/HRBP, You will work closely with the HR team and operations leaders to help maintain a positive workplace culture, ensure proper documentation, and support day-to-day HR processes.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 6:00PM-3:00AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning and Performance Management
Monitor attendance and performance scores and recommend employees for escalation or performance improvement plans (PIP)
Support leaders in workforce planning by tracking new hire placement, clinic requests versus hiring demands, and non-billable utilization rates
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize manpower allocation and utilization
Conduct monthly meetings with team leaders to track early warning signs and review progress on action plans
Employee Engagement and Movement Monitoring
Implement and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Monitor employee movements and changes in work arrangements to ensure proper tracking and alignment
Employee Relations and Compliance
Ensure timely and compliant processing of employee terminations while maintaining accuracy and documentation standards
Provide guidance and support to team leaders to strengthen accountability and people management capabilities
Onboarding and Training Support
Lead and oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth transition of new hires into operations
Process Improvement and Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify operational and HR/admin gaps
Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
DRC Account Management
Attend team meetings and group huddles to stay aligned with operational updates
Prepare and present weekly reports on workforce activity and attendance
Identify gaps in processes, policies, or leadership and collaborate with management and clients to implement solutions
Educate employees and leaders on company policies and ensure accessibility of HR tools
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
1 - 2 years solid experience handling discipline cases such as investigating incident reports, writing and serving the twin notices
At least 1-2 years experience in HR for an English-only work environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Paralegal writing for Discipline Notices and Investigation Summaries
Good command in English language both oral and written
Proactive, Self-motivated, Resourceful (takes initiative)
Understanding of Labor Law
Can work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 28,000php-29,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000php
