Role
Serves as the focal point of internal and external customers and address concerns, consolidates data from multiple systems to facilitate order entry process.Do cost audits and validate customer's database, event management, data cleansing and perform manual bookings and deliver reports including carrier invoice records and volume forecast.
Your Responsibilities
To respond to, action, follow up with carrier & warehouse partners, resolve and/or escalate customer inquiries and spot quote queries
To cross reference carrier website milestone tracking events to eTN to report to customer and escalate any gaps in eTN to management
To generate basic tracking reports, basic Zendesk reports on a weekly and monthly basis
To generate excel based forecast reports for carrier partners based on eTN data
To receive carrier invoices weekly, follow invoice reconciliation process, update DIT file and review with P&P
To export data from eTN, price all transactions following pricing process, update customer invoice file and review with P&P
To identify, isolate and communicate carrier credits to carrier partners weekly
To upload approved carrier invoices to ACON
Transport data, cleanse data to produce standard format for analysis, convert docs to excel
To track and trace (update of status & PODs upload) - trackers we don't have integration with or don't support T&T integration
To update ETAs on eTrucknow
To do manual bookings on truckers website
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree graduate in any related course
Advance knowledge in MS Office applications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Ability to work with demanding deadlines
Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized
