Role
To acknowledge and validate invoices based different criteria and cost entry patterns involving internal and external customers.
Your Responsibilities
Acknowledge invoice using General Work Instruction and applicable country template
Verification of correct and completeness of charge codes and cost accrual
Review and Confirm Gross Planning on selected countries/customers
Able to work with different system environments (Acon and RT) in handling multiple customer and country specifications.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Graduate/College Level
With 6 months - 1 year relevant experience (preferably in logistics/finance)
Analytical & with good judgement
Customer Service skill
Basic computer and MS Office applications
Effective communication skills
Organization and time management abilities
Flexible working hours and shift work
