Como Customer Operations Analyst, serás responsable de administrar y controlar el proceso de Order Management, asegurando un equilibrio óptimo entre nivel de servicio y eficiencia operacional. Tu rol será clave para mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes internos y externos, garantizando una ejecución alineada con los objetivos comerciales y financieros de la compañía.
Buscamos una persona con mentalidad de Mejora Continua, capaz de identificar oportunidades, optimizar procesos, reducir costos y elevar la calidad del servicio. Además, liderarás la consistencia y precisión de la información que soporta el flujo Order to Cash, contribuyendo directamente al rendimiento del negocio y a la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente.
In this role, you will:
✨ Principales responsabilidades:
✔️ Liderar y supervisar al equipo de Order Management Specialists, garantizando la calidad y consistencia de la información del proceso Order-to-Cash.
✔️ Asegurar una cadena de suministro eficiente, colaborando con áreas clave como Supply Chain, Ventas y Finanzas.
✔️ Identificar e implementar mejoras operativas y automatizaciones que optimicen procesos y reduzcan costos.
✔️ Monitorear el ciclo logístico completo de los clientes, identificando oportunidades de eficiencia mediante KPIs clave.
✔️ Actuar como soporte operativo del Customer Service Lead cuando sea requerido.

What we look for:
? Requisitos:
✅ Profesionales en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, Logística o carreras afines.
✅ +4 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Customer Operations, Demand Planning o áreas afines en industrias de consumo masivo
✅ Experiencia previa en entornos de Retail y/o consumo masivo (CPG/FMCG), gestionando procesos end-to-end, trabajando con áreas comerciales y logísticas.
✅ Experiencia en procesos Order-to-Cash y atención a clientes B2B.
✅ Experiencia en análisis e interpretación de KPIs logísticos y comerciales (OTIF, Fill Rate, Perfect Order, etc.).
✅ Fuertes habilidades analíticas, nivel avanzado de Excel y Power BI
✅ Experiencia liderando equipos o coordinando procesos
✅ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados y capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
