Fremont Investment Partners Guest Service Agent in Cañon City, Colorado
Are you looking for fun job that plays a role in our tourism industry in Fremont County? The Royal Gorge/Canon City KOA is looking for a few outgoing, cheerful guest service agents to join out team for another fun summer!
Duties:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Make reservations and manage room assignments
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Maintain, clean and organize as needed for the successful operation of a RV Resort
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
