ManpowerGroup Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Cayce, South Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location: West Columbia, SC
Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Salary + 10% Bonus
Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (Will work 2 Saturdays a month)
What's the Job?
Lead and manage the 2nd-shift manufacturing team to meet production targets and quality standards.
Oversees all manufacturing operations during the second shift
Departments include pre-fabrication, material handling, quality control, paint, assembly, and logistics processes.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Support employee development through coaching, training, and performance management.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Minimum 3-5 years or more of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing sciences, processes, and equipment.
Experience with production scheduling, MRP/ERP systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
