For our sales team in Spain, Eaton Product & Services Business is looking for a Sales Engineer- Machine Builders (MOEM) / Catalonia region with the following responsibilities:
Sales Engineer will actively contribute to expand the market share in the assigned territory in the MOEM segment by increasing sales and generate demand . He/She will maintain and increase sales in existing customer base and will identify growth opportunities in new applications and customers. The position is expected to achieve electrical low voltage product sales for distribution and controls such as drives, contactors, motor starterts , MCCs, fuses and control technologies. Primary target customers groups are: MOEMs, System integrators and Control cabinet panel builders.
What you’ll do:
Strategically identify and qualify high-potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline and drive business growth.
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to maximize sales and market penetration within your assigned territory.
Prepare and plan customer calls with a focus on strategic objectives and long-term relationship building.
Conduct in-depth analysis to understand and identify complex customer needs, providing tailored and innovative solutions.
Assess and qualify high-value sales opportunities to prioritize efforts and resources effectively.
Develop and maintain detailed account plans to drive long-term strategic customer relationships and business growth.
Create and present compelling, value-driven propositions that align with customer business objectives.
Oversee the quotation process to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive responses to customer inquiries.
Secure customer commitments and close high-value sales deals through strategic negotiation and relationship management.
Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions to customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular strategic reviews of sales deals and pipeline to ensure progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive business growth.
Track and advance high-value sales deals through the pipeline to ensure timely closure and maximize revenue.
Conduct strategic business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities with a focus on efficiency and strategic impact.
Continuously seek and implement ways to improve sales processes, performance, and strategic impact.
Expansion of market share and revenue, maintaining existing customer relationships, and acquiring new customers for the entire Eaton product portfolio..
Efficient support of the target customer group (ABC analysis, route planning) and building long-term, collaborative customer relationships.
Strengthening Eaton's market position and developing a positive Eaton brand awareness.
Recording and maintaining all customer, project, and market information, as well as tracking offers and opportunities in the Sales Force
Participation in national / regional trade fairs and customer events.
Qualifications:
Degree level or equivalent in Electrical engineering
5-10 years of experience in similar segment or industry.
