STEM Child Care Castle Rock is now hiring Lead Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. We have opportunities in a variety of classrooms including:

• Preschool/Pre-K (3-5)

STEM Child Care is a privately owned and operated preschool that provides our scholars with the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Our children are encouraged to develop at their own pace in a nurturing environment supported by a team of dedicated teachers.

We are looking for warm, caring faculty members with impactful teaching styles who can provide supportive classroom environments, stimulating activities, and captivating learning experiences.

As a Lead Teacher at STEM, you will work together with other faculty members to:

• Provide a caring and educational environment for scholars
• Build relationships with families and report on scholars' daily activities
• Encourage and support social emotional development and growth
• Ensure the safety and well-being of scholars and follow licensing guidelines
• Oversee classroom management and deliver engaging instruction
• Collaborate on classroom design and lesson plans utilizing our teacher led STEM-based curriculum

Basic requirements include:

• Pass state and federal background checks
• Ability to obtain medical approval to care for children
• Be at least 18 years of age

Desired Qualifications:

• College degree or Early Childhood Coursework
• Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 Level 2+ or CDA
• 1+ years of experience working with children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age
