Aerotek Construction Technician in Castle Rock, Colorado

Concrete Laborer / Carpenter (Traveling) — $22–$27/hr + Per Diem

We are hiring Construction Technicians to start immediately on both local and traveling commercial projects. Our crews perform structural repair, concrete restoration, and a wide range of commercial building improvements. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady overtime, hands-on work, and long-term growth in the trades.

Responsibilities

  • Perform concrete repair, demolition, placement, and finishing

  • Complete waterproofing and coating applications

  • Build and strip formwork; assist with carpentry tasks

  • Replace rebar and support structural reinforcement work

  • Install carbon fiber systems

  • Perform caulking and work with expansion joints

  • Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, and grinders

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1+ year of commercial construction experience preferred

  • Experience with concrete, rebar, formwork, epoxy, coatings, or demolition

  • Comfortable working on large commercial job sites

  • Strong understanding of site safety

  • Acceptable backgrounds also include:

  • Farm work

  • Landscaping

  • Concrete labor

  • Any outdoor or physically demanding labor environment

Travel Requirements

  • Local work first, then travel once local projects are completed

  • Travel assignments last up to three weeks at a time

  • Projects located throughout Colorado, including Aspen, Telluride, Crested Butte, Vail, and Denver

  • Per Diem:

  • $45/day for non-resort locations

  • $50/day for resort towns

  • Lodging provided when working 70+ miles from the shop

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
