FCCBH's Castle Dale Clinical Office has an opening for a Case Manager. The Case Manager will work with individuals with mental health/substance use disorders to assess their needs and coordinate services, and provide support and education. Entry-level position, but experience, a Bachelor's-level education, or Utah SWW Licensure is preferred. This is a great opportunity for significant professional growth in a clinically rich, friendly, non-profit environment with a dynamic, supportive, and experienced team. At least $18.21/hr. Additional pay is offered to candidates with a BA/BS in a human services field. Hiring preference will be given to those willing to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
