Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to provide excellent service, assist shoppers, and keep the store organized and welcoming. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and enjoys working in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist shoppers in finding products and offering helpful recommendations
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory
- Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system
- Stock shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
- Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges
- Support store promotions and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, move, and handle light merchandise throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and available for weekends or evenings if needed
- Basic computer or POS experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
