Job Summary:
The CFO serves as the Bank's lead financial executive, working closely with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management. This role oversees all financial, accounting, and operational functions, providing strategic leadership that supports long-term organizational strength and performance.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Guide financial strategy, planning, and performance
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with federal and state banking laws and regulations
- Lead operational and financial risk management
- Supervise and develop accounting and finance staff
Partner with executive leadership to support organizational goals
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience within a financial institution
- Strong background in accounting, finance, and bank operations
- Proven management and supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and accounting procedures
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
