Position Overview
Casper Mountain Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in their daily living activities while serving as an advocate for their comfort, dignity, and well-being. The CNA plays a vital role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring high-quality resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Report changes in resident conditions to supervising nurse
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards
• Support implementation of individualized care plans addressing physical and emotional needs
