Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support clinical staff and assist residents with daily living activities. The CMA ensures safe medication administration while maintaining a compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and timely
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Report changes in resident condition to supervising nurse
