Job Description: Warehouse Manager (SAP Knowledge)
Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Department: Operations / Logistics
Reports to: Operations Manager
Objective of the Position:
Manage, coordinate, and supervise the daily operations of the warehouse, guaranteeing inventory control, accuracy in the SAP system, compliance with operational processes, safety and cost efficiency, aligning the daily execution strategic objectives of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise the reception, storage, supply and shipment of materials.
• Ensure accuracy of physical inventory vs. SAP.
• Monitor inputs and outputs in SAP and validate documentation (orders, deliveries, invoices).
• Coordinate cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
• Monitor operating expenses and optimize resources.
• Train and develop the operational team.

Inventory accuracy (%)
Inventory vs. SAP differences.
Cost per ton operated
Service Level ( OTIF)
Average loading/unloading time.
Security incidents
Required Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration
More than 5 years of experience in warehouse or CEDIS operation.
Verifiable experience in SAP system (MM, WM or EWM desirable).
Management of operational personnel.
Intermediate Excel.
Competencies: Leadership, organization, analysis and focus on results.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
