We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Worldwide Sales Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic company in a mission critical organization.
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for data flow, compilation, analysis and visualization of Sales and Financial information for use by the sales leaders and sales reps. As part of the Data Analytics team, you will work closely with your team members as well as with other areas of the sales operations organization to manage, align and improve the processes supporting data transformation, access, and reporting. Good problem-solving skills are a must as quick identification and resolution of problems is key to this role.
Responsibilities:
Understand, improve, and manage the data compilation of disparate data sources via SQL Server or python for creation of Tableau data sources
Identify and resolve problems within the data in a timely manner
Manage and develop Tableau dashboards for all levels of the sales team from leadership through rep level
Understand the sales forecasting and order booking process to improve the usability of existing dashboards or create new dashboards.
Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvements or special projects
Complete tasks assigned on time with high quality.
Foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability.
Position Requirements:
A minimum of five years of work experience related to data analytics, data management, data transformation and data visualization related to Sales and Operations data.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business or related field with some experience in computer programming.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server and Tableau (or similar data visualization tool).
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and managing Tableau data sources
Experience with Salesforce and Python.
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to thoroughly analyzing complex problems.
Strong communication, presentation, and process improvement skills are a must.
Knowledge of, or experience with IBM Planning Analytics is a plus.
Occasional domestic travel is required for this position.
Requires current US Work Authorization.
