Kelly Services Sales Coordinator in Cary, North Carolina

Pay Rate: $26/hour - Weekly Pay

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (1-year Contract)

What’s a typical day as Contract Sales Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Auditing state customer purchase orders for compliance with state contracts, co-op contracts, programs, and policies.

  • Processing sales in John Deere’s systems to ensure accurate and timely dealer settlements, credits, and invoicing to end-use customers.

  • Providing dealer channel and field team support, assisting with problem resolution, and interpreting policies and programs.

  • Preparing audit packets, responding to assigned tickets, and following up on pending deals.

  • Reporting directly to management and collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Possess previous administrative experience, especially in accounting, finance, or auditing.

  • Are proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel, and can effortlessly move between multiple digital systems.

  • Show strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

  • Are highly trainable, eager to learn, and able to work professionally with internal/external customers and dealers.

  • Can commit to an onsite schedule of at least 4 days a week, with the potential increase to 5 days as business needs evolve.
