Skills and Requirements
· 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, with demonstrated results leading operational improvements
· Defense Manufacturing or Automotive Tier I or Tier II experience, a plus.
· Experience in implementing or supporting ISO 9001:2015 and other core lean tools (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP, SPC, 8-step problem solving, Kaizen,5S, Gemba, etc.) manufacturing standpoint tools
· Strong, but diverse, problem-solving skillset
· Demonstrated ability to proactively drive change and continuous improvement through influence, not authority
· Microsoft Power Platform experience, as plus
· Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced, highly variable business
