CNC Machine Operator
Location: Job Shop Environment
Experience Level: Entry to Mid‑Level (Up to 3 Years)

You’ll work with Haas and OKUMA CNC machines in a job shop setting, supporting long production runs while maintaining tight quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate Haas and OKUMA CNC mills
Read and follow blueprints and job specifications
Change and adjust tooling to keep machines running smoothly
Perform in‑process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Monitor long production runs and make adjustments to maintain high‑quality output
Troubleshoot minor machining or production issues to reduce downtime and scrap
Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions
Work closely with teammates to keep jobs moving and meet delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Less than 3 years of experience operating CNC mills (production or job shop)
Hands‑on experience with Haas CNC mills (OKUMA a plus)
Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints
Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
Basic CNC troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and a quality‑first mindset
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable, team‑oriented, and ready to learn
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience in a job shop environment
Familiarity with long production runs
Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing practices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
