The Role:
As an Assembler, Level III, you will join our Manufacturing Team as a senior-level assembler responsible for complex builds, advanced troubleshooting, mentoring others, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform complex builds, including advanced brazing and soldering
Troubleshoot advanced assembly issues and ensure compliance with all quality standards
Lead or participate in SDT meetings
Support and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events
Train and mentor junior assemblers
Participate in cross-functional projects
Execute special assignments as directed by leadership
Other duties as assigned
Our Requirements:
5+ years in assembly or manufacturing
Complex assemblies including advanced brazing and soldering
Advanced problem-solving capabilities
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct risk assessments
Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00
