The Role:

As an Assembler, Level III, you will join our Manufacturing Team as a senior-level assembler responsible for complex builds, advanced troubleshooting, mentoring others, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex builds, including advanced brazing and soldering

  • Troubleshoot advanced assembly issues and ensure compliance with all quality standards

  • Lead or participate in SDT meetings

  • Support and lead Kaizen and continuous improvement events

  • Train and mentor junior assemblers

  • Participate in cross-functional projects

  • Execute special assignments as directed by leadership

  • Other duties as assigned

Our Requirements:

  • 5+ years in assembly or manufacturing

  • Complex assemblies including advanced brazing and soldering

  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities

  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Conduct risk assessments

  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, both now and in the future.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00
