Job Summary:
The Project Lead is responsible for guiding and directing a team to successfully complete a specific project, overseeing all aspects of the project from planning and execution to delivery, including motivating team members, managing tasks, and ensuring the project meets its goals within the set timeline and budget
Responsibilities:
Provide status and coordination to clients including, but not limited to, in-flight project status, issue tracking and resolution.
Manage to project budget, scope, client deliverables, timelines, and artifacts daily.
Proactively Manages project issues & risks and escalates as appropriate through resolution
Anticipate client needs and proactively make program recommendations to enhance service value.
Builds relationships with internal business owners to help streamline processes.
Builds client relationships through continued project management of implementations and service expansions
Monitor team backlog and prioritize activities to deliver on time, on budget, on scope
Qualifications
1-2 years of project management experience, preferred
1-2 years of client facing communication/presentations, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
2-4 years of patient support program experience, preferred
1-2 years of direct client engagement, preferred
1-2 years of presentation development and delivery experience, preferred

Communicates effectively through written and verbal communication
Prepare and contribute to client discussions and meetings (in person/ virtual-on camera)
Present developed content in front of internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of how patients flow through our CRM
Adjust/evolve approach as project evolves
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES:
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm CST.
REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:
Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular connections are NOT acceptable.

Anticipated hourly range: $33.00 per hour - $47.10 per hour
