POSITION: Certified Manufacturing Electrician 1st Shift SCHEDULE: Will discuss with applicant LOCATION: Carson City, NV SALARY: $22.14 - $38.43/HR

*MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: *

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Passing grade on Chromalloy Electrical/Maintenance Test
  • Must have a current ICC Nevada journeyman electrician license
  • OSHA 10/30 hour certificate a plus
  • Able to read and write in English
  • Proficient in NEC and electrical standards
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Capable of metal layout and fabrication
  • Must be proficient with all hand and power tools
  • Able to operate forklift, scissor lifts and boom lifts
  • Ability to perform all work to established Company and customer specifications
  • Able to bend pipe, install plastic and metal conduit and install breakers/disconnects

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: *

  • Maintain and promote One Chromalloy Core Values
  • Maintain and promote 5S standards in the work area
  • Adhere to and promote Company health, safety and environmental policies while performing job duties
  • Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Install electrical power to machines
  • Repair electrical motors
  • Analyze and determine cause of electrical problems
  • Change ballasts and light bulbs
  • Ensure compliance with Company Repair Station Manual (RSM)/Quality Control Management (QCM)
  • Must be aware of ISO/Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality requirements
  • Assist in all electrical facility upgrades
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Occasional mechanical work, carpentry work, and plumbing work
