ManpowerGroup Project Inventory Control Coordinator in Carson, California
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the assembly and production departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator
Location: Carson, CA
Pay Range: $20.73 per hour
Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
Clocks to and performs transactions in Shop-Trak to ensure accurate inventory records.
Conducts inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and resupplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinates movement of assembled parts and products to the next operational step with team members.
Unloads, receives, and stores raw materials and supplies efficiently and safely.
Creates detailed reports for inventory adjustments, operations, and stock levels, including root cause analysis for discrepancies.
What's Needed?
Experience with inventory management systems and transaction logging.
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve inventory variances.
Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments and team members.
