Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling and integrating drone systems and subsystems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, documenting integration procedures and test results, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble and integrate drone systems and subsystems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Document integration procedures and test results.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.
Experience with production and understanding of blueprints.
Mechanical assembly skills using power tools.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Wiring and soldering skills.
Integration experience with medical devices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with mobile/embedded electronics, bluetooth or wifi-enabled devices, and remote sensing.
Capability in assembly, rework, and SMT component soldering.
Board-level testing using oscilloscopes.
Execution of command line interfaces for flashing and testing circuit boards.
Familiarity with microcontrollers, raspberry pi, or arduino.
Knowledge of small cameras, micro-mechanical interfaces, brushless motors, motor controllers, tiny gear mechanisms, and rechargeable battery packs.
Ability to write assembly instructions and strength in team communication tools, issue tracking tools, and data tools such as Linear/Jira/Trello/Notion, Confluence/One-Note, Slack, Excel.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
