Description
A leading high-end architecture and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to support the financial side of large, luxury residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level Construction Science or Construction Management professional who wants hands-on experience in job costing, budgeting, and project financial organization.
What You’ll Do
Track project budgets and actual job costs
Review subcontractor/vendor invoices
Prepare construction billing packages
Monitor cost variances and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with planning budgets and estimating support
Partner with project managers, designers, and accounting

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment Interest in learning the financial side of construction
