A Typical Day
The Logistic Coordinator will be responsible for asset inventory management related to physical equipment and licensing for the end-user population. As the Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software.
The Logistic Coordinator will :
Maintain an inventory of IT assets through their life cycle, including procurement, installation/deployment, operations, and retirement
Ensure that new hires have assets on day one by monitoring the employee pipeline and assets available, and understanding lead times for approvals, processing, and shipping for supplies
Track systems’ “owners” and location
Create purchase orders and ensuring approvals and archiving are complete
Help reduce average turn time for IT requests related to hardware/certain software
Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within IT Asset Management
Asset DB understanding
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
Experience with Service now is a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
