We are seeking a detail-oriented production supervisorto lead our assembly team in producing high-quality Battery Management Systems (BMS) and electronics for the green energy and electric vehicle sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production schedules, maintaining technical quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow on the assembly floor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands the balance between high-volume efficiency and precision technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Supervise daily operations for electronics assembly and wire harness production to ensure on-time delivery of products like the Orion BMS.

  • Process Compliance: Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

  • Inventory Control: Lead inventory cycle counts and monitor material flow to prevent production bottlenecks.

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly personnel on proper handling, ESD safety, and high-voltage safety practices.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and implement Lean-inspired improvements to reduce scrap and rework.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 35 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics assembly, including PCB handling and soldering standards.

  • Documentation: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for tracking production data and inventory. Ability to draft professional quality reports and vendor communications.

  • Safety: Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection and safety protocols for high-voltage battery systems.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with engineering, quality, and office management.
