Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in innovative gasketing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the production department, you will support the manufacturing process, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Operate semi-automated gasketing machines following safety and quality protocols
Perform routine quality inspections using digital calipers and micrometers
Ensure all safety policies are adhered to, including the use of PPE and safety features on machinery
Transfer finished products to the staging area using pallet jacks
Conduct visual inspections to verify product quality and compliance with specifications
What's Needed?
Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection tools
Willingness to perform routine tasks and maintain a clean work area
Strong communication skills and reliability
