Job Description
The Data Management Specialist Business Analyst supports the companys business and operational decision making by analyzing and managing internal business data related to pricing inventory and sales performance. The position focuses on ensuring data accuracy and consistency preparing internal analytical reports and identifying trends and performance indicators to support planning forecasting and operational efficiency. This is a permanent full time position supporting the companys ongoing business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze internal sales pricing inventory and operational performance data\ Prepare recurring and ad hoc internal analytical reports for management and operational teams\ Collect review and validate business data from internal systems for accuracy and consistency\ Identify trends variances and performance indicators to support planning and decision making\ Support pricing and business performance analysis using historical data and performance metrics\ Maintain structured datasets and reporting files used for internal analysis\ Assist with forecasting planning and performance tracking activities\ Document standard business analysis and reporting procedures\ Collaborate with operations logistics sales and management teams to support analytical needs
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Economics or a related field\ At least two years of experience in market analysis business analysis operations analysis or a related analytical role\ Experience working with spreadsheets and standard business reporting tools\ Ability to analyze structured data and prepare internal analytical reports
