We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Professional to join our team in Carol Stream, Illinois. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via digital communications while providing accurate information and solutions.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure all data is accurately entered into the system.
• Utilize Office tools to create reports, update records, and manage correspondence.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic approach when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Calculate and verify basic math figures related to orders and invoices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.
• Familiarity with order entry systems and processes.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for calculating figures related to orders and transactions.
