Job Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician – Level 1 and start your career in bicycle assembly! In this role, you’ll assemble entry-level cruisers , mountain bikes, and kids’ bikes ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for learning. No prior experience? No problem, we’ll provide training to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in bicycles and willingness to learn assembly techniques

  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely

  • Positive, team-focused attitude and readiness to help wherever needed

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

    Areas of work

  • Unbox and prepare bicycles for assembly

  • Basic bicycle assembly , i nstalling basic components , and performing simple adjustments

  • Support the team with assembly tasks , boxing tech preparation, and maintain a clean organized workspace

  • Learn proper service methods and new technologies

  • Nonconformant material rework on bicycles and accessories

  • Additional duties as assigned

  • 3rd party service sites

  • Office suite: Teams, SharePoint , Excel, Word, etc.
