Job Description:
This position performs general office duties respective to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support, operations support, etc. He/She performs other tasks such as:
Ensure accurate and timely handling of documentation audits of all shipments for export compliance.
Perform complete scanning and correct classification of shipment images in IDIS.
Ensure all IDIS discrepancies are properly reviewed and resolved.
Maintain accurate image scanning and classification in IDIS.
Ensure all IDIS discrepancies are resolved promptly and correctly
Ensure accurate scanning, bagging, and labeling of shipments.
Maintain zero mis sort, zero left-in-building, and zero “not on file” incidents.
Ensure all bypassed shipments are properly nested to the correct SC.
