Description
VanDrivers in our Transportation Department based in Carmel work split shifts (mornings and afternoons), Monday through Friday, transporting individuals with disabilities. Driversmust exhibit a high degree of competence and responsibility for the safety of passengers being transported.
A high school diploma or GED is desired. A valid New York State Class B or C driver's license with/without Passenger Endorsement, or Class D and a driving record acceptable to The Arc Mid-Hudson and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment.
And we offer paid CDL training!
HOURS: 25 hours weekly - Monday thru Friday 7a-9:30a & 2p-4:30p
STARTING SALARY: $22.38 -$26.38
Minimum Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is desired.
New York State Class B or C driver's license with/without Passenger Endorsement OR Class D
Driving record acceptable to The Arc Mid-Hudson and basic computer knowledge are required
