Role Overview
Were looking for a Performance Marketing and Retention Manager who can run our paid advertising and grow our email/SMS channels. Youll own both acquisition (ads) and retention (email/sms), ensuring our marketing dollars work hard and our customers keep coming back.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across various channels.
Manage product feeds, listing groups, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS.
Build and maintain emails.
Run A/B tests on creative, subject lines, and ad copy.
Track and report on key metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, email revenue, and engagement.
Collaborate with freelance designers (or use Canva/basic tools) to create ad creatives and email assets.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing (DTC preferred).
Proven success managing paid ad campaigns with a track record of strong ROAS.
Hands-on experience with ESPs.
Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Creative and adaptable, able to test new ideas and iterate quickly.
Strong written communication (clear, fun, and on-brand).
Nice to Have
Experience with product feed optimization.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Interest in hats, fashion, or accessories.
