Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Project Controls Specialist I (3797) in Carlsbad, NM.

Perform project controls oversight for operations projects including baseline development and maintenance, cost schedule analysis, procurement tracking, and budget planning and monitoring. Work with CBFO SME and budget as needed. Approval of deliverables is still required by CTAC project controls manager.

Requirements

Requires: Bachelor’s Degree in a physical science, engineering, or technical discipline or related field (as approved by the Contracting Officer) AND 10 years of relevant project controls experience OR a Master’s Degree and five years of relevant project controls experience. Advanced skill level in P6 schedule development and analysis; experience in advanced project controls including cost.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
