  • Cultivate year-round partnerships with University Alumni networks to drive event participation, secure referrals, and support offer closing.

  • Partner with Employer Brand to develop and deliver marketing content, presentations, and branded materials for campus events — ensuring a consistent, compelling presence that positions Thermo Fisher as an employer of choice.

  • Co-facilitate Summer programming and support intern conversions.

  • Deliver a “white-glove” candidate experience, guiding students through the recruitment process and executing keep-warm strategies for future hiring needs.

  • Leverage ATS/CRM tools (Workday, Phenom People, Handshake) to manage pipelines, track engagement, and report ROI on university partnerships.

  • Support alternate channels recruitment and pipelining efforts such as Veteran and trade program hiring.
