A growing tech startup in Carlsbad is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the founder and leadership team. This role is less about rigid structure and more about adaptability — stepping in wherever needed, keeping priorities straight, and helping bring order to a fast-moving environment. This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in less structured settings, and wants visibility into how a business operates at a high level.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal logistics
Assist with project tracking and follow-ups
Support communication across teams
Handle administrative tasks and special projects
Prepare documents, notes, and presentations
Help maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Act as a general right-hand to leadership
Requirements
3–5 years of executive or high-level admin experience
Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
