Job Responsibilities
- Operate 500--1500-ton injection molding machines
- Use testing and gauging equipment to ensure quality standards
- Load and unload materials and assist with machine changeovers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred (1 year), but not required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with attention to quality and safety
