How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for the design, execution, and ongoing governance of end-to-end business processes and internal controls across critical operational and financial activities. This position will play a key role in enhancing process discipline, risk management, and control effectiveness by driving standardization, simplifying processes, implement new controls, and ensuring sustainable compliance as the business continues to scale.
The Process Control Analyst role will be focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization, a strong focus will be placed on proactive issue identification, continuous improvement, and timely remediation of control gaps, supporting both regulatory expectations and internal governance standards.
We are looking for a detail oriented, structured, and solution-driven professional with strong communication and project management skills, capable of driving sustainable improvements while supporting a high quality, compliant, and well controlled operating model.
The responsible will:
Drive transformation by improving processes, strengthening controls, and embedding prevention into how International Card Services work gets done
Support the Business Unit with design of controls and processes, including modifications to enhance processes/controls to improve proactive risk mitigations
Manage Corrective Action Plans and Operational Risk Events, ensuring timely closure and long-term risk mitigation
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements and implement prevention strategies that reduce operational risk and customer harm
Support the testing, documentation and management of Business Risk Self Assessments Process
Support the coordination, response and remediation activities for KYC process
Collaborating with peers to identify process improvements and implement prevention strategies to strengthen controls and mitigate operational risk
Document control design effectiveness and help address control gaps across processes/products.
Minimum Qualifications
English/Spanish bilingual.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to create compelling arguments and influence across all levels of the organization.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong learning agility and willingness to embrace and lead through change.
Excellent relationship building skills to partner effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams in complex and rapidly changing environments.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience handling Power BI and manipulating Data.
Process Mapping and process documentation skills.
Demonstrated autonomy, problem-solving, and sound decision-making under pressure.
Adaptable and agile.
Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Improvement and transformation experience with operational, control and/or compliance processes is strongly preferred
Project management skills preferred
