Incubeta SA - Account Executive, Paid Social in Cape Town, South Africa

The Role

We're looking for a Paid Social Account Executive to join our growing Digital Media team in South Africa. In this role, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early paid social experience who wants to build their expertise across a diverse range of clients - from fast-growing SMBs to large enterprise brands across multiple industries.

You'll work closely with senior team members and specialists across different channels, gaining exposure to the wider digital marketing ecosystem while helping drive strong performance for your clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and launching paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta

  • Monitoring campaign performance and carrying out ongoing optimisations to improve results

  • Managing budgets and ensuring efficient media spend across your accounts

  • Analysing performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

  • Creating and maintaining performance reports and dashboards for clients

  • Supporting client communication and contributing to performance updates and insights

  • Implementing campaign tests and experimenting with new creative approaches, strategies and platform features

  • Staying up to date with industry developments, platform updates and emerging trends

  • Collaborating with internal teams across different digital marketing channels

    What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months experience working with paid social campaigns

  • Experience navigating platforms such as Meta Ads Manager

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence working with performance data

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Interest in digital marketing and keeping up with industry developments
